And so the video for the Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar lecture is really interesting and worth watching.

In the audio, we can hear the sound of the voice.

The audio is of a lecture given by Dr Ambedkar on the topic of the three levels of self-awareness. He says that in the first level of self-awareness, we’re just not aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We’re just unaware of the fact that we’re on autopilot. In the second level of self-awareness, we’re aware that we’re on autopilot, but we’re still unaware of the fact that we’re on autopilot.

In the third level of self-awareness, we are aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. And in the second level of self-awareness, we are aware of the fact that we are on autopilot. The concept of the third level is what makes the lecture so interesting. It’s like a mental breakdown of sorts, that takes us from the first level of self-awareness, to the second level of self-awareness, to the third level of self-awareness.

One of the biggest differences between a mental breakdown of sorts and a breakdown of sorts like in a lecture is the fact that the second level of self-awareness is when we fully realize that the autopilot is actually the self. It’s when we are able to take a few steps back and realize that we are in control of our own actions. For example when we are driving, the autopilot is in full control of our actions.

At the other end of the spectrum, when we are in a psychotic break, it’s when we are completely aware of the fact that we are the self. That means we are no longer the autopilot, but we are still the author of our own actions. That is the third level of self-awareness.

This is the level of awareness where we are actually able to control our own actions and stop the chain reaction. When we are on autopilot, we don’t realize that we are the author of our actions.

In this level of awareness, we have a greater ability to stop the chain reaction. In the words of one of our readers, we are the ones who are making the decisions. We are the ones who are responsible for creating our own actions, which is why the author must come into our awareness in this level.
