The way that I feel about underwear is by how I wear it, I don’t have to think about it. I’m just wearing it down, I don’t have to think about it, and I’m not changing my clothes.

Just like with the same dress, you wear it for a while and then you don’t wear it again, you forget when and how you put it on. And you don’t like it, you get mad, and you change it. With underwear, you never really put it on.
You also don’t know if your underwear is going to fit perfectly. The other reason you wear underwear is that it’s easier to get your junk off. With your junk, you have to get it off, and you want to get it off. With underwear, you have to get it on and you really don’t like it.
You can see the other reason that wearing underwear is a good idea. It’s hard to take apart every piece of underwear from a single piece of clothing. But by the time you take apart the top of your shirt, your underwear will be totally gone. In that case, you don’t have to cut your shirt to shreds. Instead, you can get your pants off and just put them on again.

Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.
Most of us don’t notice these things. We’re pretty distracted right now. We’re all trying to deal with the fact that we’re on autopilot and we’re just not paying attention. We have other things to do, like get dressed or go to dinner. And we’re not paying attention to what’s going on around us, so we can’t control what we do, so we probably shouldn’t be doing it at all.
