This is another one of those things that can be a source of stress. For a full disclosure, I am a licensed real estate agent and have been doing tan removal for the past several years.

I’ve been here less than two years and I’ve done about 2,000 treatments. I have always, always, always done at least one full set of treatments a year.

There is a lot of literature out there about skin care and tan removal, but none of it is comprehensive. There are tons of books on how to get rid of the dreaded tan, but they all seem to have a specific goal in mind, such as making your skin look younger or thicker. There are also books on how to stop tanning beds with the goal of not tanning at all. None of these books, however, offer a comprehensive approach to dealing with your self-tan.
